Day 01
Depart from Islamabad and drive to Chilas via Abbottabad and Mansehra. Make photo stops at Shatial rocks and arrive at Chilas for an overnight stay.
Day 02
Drive to Skardu, passing by the Nanga Parbat viewpoint and the confluence of the three mountain ranges. Make a stop at Kachura Lake and continue to Skardu for an overnight stay.
Day 03
Free day at Skardu for an optional trip to Satpara Lake and expedition preparations.
Day 04
Drive from Skardu to Askole by jeeps, a kick-off point for expeditions and trekking parties.
Day 05
Trek from Askole to Bardumal with a stop at Korofon campsite.
Day 06
Trek from Bardumal to Paiyu, crossing the river using the flying fox.
Day 07
Trek from Paiyu to Khaburse, walking on the glacier.
Day 08
Trek from Khaburse to Goro I, with stunning views of Gasherbrum IV.
Day 09
Trek from Goro I to Concordia, surrounded by towering peaks.
Day 10
Excursion to K2 Base Camp, passing through Broad Peak Base Camp.
Day 11
Trek from Concordia to Gasherbrum Base Camp, near G-I and G-II.
Day 12
Return from Gasherbrum Base Camp to Ali Camp.
Day 13
Early start to cross Ghondoghoro La at 5650m, descend to Kheuspang.
Day 14
Easy walk to Dalsangpa with superb views of Masherbrum.
Day 15
Descend to Hushe, the first permanent village after leaving Askole.
Day 16
Drive from Hushe to Khaplu, visit the Raja’s Palace and an old mosque. Continue to Skardu for an overnight stay.
Day 17
Drive from Skardu to Besham passing through Manshera, Abbottabad, and Havelian.
Day 18
Continue the journey back to Islamabad, where the trek concludes.
